PROCESSING TIME

Orders are packed and posted within 2-3 working days and sent via Royal Mail (delivery times may vary depending on location). We are literally a 2-person team, but will get your new clothing to you as soon as possible.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask via email. We aim to get back to you as soon as we can.

 

RETURNS

We hope that you love your new purchase, but if for any reason you need to return your order, you’ve got 14 days to send it back to us from the day you received it, for a full refund of the items excluding the delivery charge.

1. Simply get in touch with us via email for the return details.

2. Pack up your returns safely and securely, it doesn’t have to be in the original packaging.

3. Drop your order off at your chosen carrier. 

Return postage charges are to be covered by the customer, and we recommend using a signed for delivery because we cannot except liability for the safe delivery of items being returned to us. Make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt. 

Once we have received the item and it’s in a resaleable condition, we will issue a refund as soon as we possibly can. Please allow 5-7 working days after we have received your returned item to credit your account with the original amount, excluding the delivery charge.

Please note that your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account and we do not have any control over this time frame.

 

EXCHANGES

We provide all the sizing information for each product in our size guide. However, if you would like to exchange your order for another size or colour, then simply get in touch with us via email. Please follow the steps above in order to get the item back to us to process the exchange.

Once we have received the item,and it’s in a resaleable condition, we will send out an exchange free of charge.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

All items will be fully inspected for quality by us prior to posting. In the rare incident in which a faulty or damaged item is sent out, then just email us to arrange for a full refund or exchange.

 

Working Days

The term “working days” applies to Monday-Friday.Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
